We picked the kids up from camp last Friday. It was so good to see how happy they were and hear all their stories!
I kept my head about me enough to remember to get some pictures of the kids with their counselors. You could tell how much they cared about the kids just by how they kind of swarmed you when you came to pick the kids up. It was so sweet and will help me feel better about sending the kids next year. Maybe. They all want to go back. We all survived, so it's a strong maybe. ;)
And then we came home. Let the clean up begin. It rained the first few days the kids were gone, so their oldest dirty clothes had sat wet in bags through most of the week. Ugh. We even tried throwing Jared in with the laundry but felt it would work better if he just took a shower. ;)
Katy missed her kids sooooo much. What a happy dog!
And now Jared needs another shower.
