Well, sort of. Of course Katy has spent some time playing with the various soccer balls that get left in every room of the house. Well, now she has her own! It's not exactly a soccer ball. It's a puzzle ball - we call it the treat ball. You put treats inside and when the dog rolls it just the right way the treats come out. Katy didn't take long to figure out how to roll the ball across the floor to make the treats fall out. And Macy didn't take long to figure out that Katy gets so into rolling the ball that she misses some of the treats. Don't worry, though! Macy gets them for her! They make quite the team! You can see Macy, "encouraging" Katy in her endeavor! Ha!
Corban and Katy are too cute together. He's a big help when it comes to taking care of her.
Jared's last soccer game of the season was Saturday. In the freezing cold. At least it stopped raining long enough for them to get a game in. Not long after, we had quite a bit of hail! Thankfully we missed sitting out in it. Jared's team won 6-0. He was so excited to end his season with a win!
The coach passed out medals after the game. Jared had a great coach and he loved playing this year. I saw huge improvements in his skill level.
Jared also lost his two front teeth in the last week. We're pretty sure Katy somehow ate one, but the Tooth Fairy still paid Jared a visit!
This picture kills me because he just looks so grown up. I knew it would happen when those two giant front teeth came in, but I'm not sure I'll ever be ready to watch him grow up. I wouldn't want it any other way, though. And he's still a cutie pie!
I may have mentioned that it was freezing at the soccer games on Saturday. I didn't get too many shots of Corban, but I love this one of him running across the field.
