is what my kids have been shouting/singing all week long. This week Corban and Sydney went to Vacation Bible School at Cornerstone Mennonite Church. This was Sydney's first year for Bible School and she loved it! They both loved it! We have had a busy, busy week. Well, sort of busy. It is very different just having one kid around the house. Time goes soooo much slower. It's amazing! Mike and I were able to spend some one on one time with Jared that we never get to do. I think Jared liked having Mommy-Daddy time, but he really missed his brother and sister. He cried every time we left for VBS. When Corban and Sydney would talk during the day about, "SON ROCK KIDS CAMP!" Jared would already start saying, "I miss my Boo and Bean!" - and they were still home! He is already counting down until he is old enough to go to VBS also. Thursday night was the last night for VBS and they had a celebration at the end. The theme was camping so there was a bon fire and s'mores - yum! There were also bounce houses for the kids. My kids are already asking when they can go back. As you can see, Jared was not pleased with the sticky marshmallow on his hands. However, Corban and Sydney enjoyed their s'mores very much.
Corban's friend, Dillon, goes to Cornerstone, so we always try to send them to Bible School together. Thanks, Jess, for always helping me out with this!
