Mike and I wanted to do something special for Corban to celebrate his graduation from preschool. After softball practice on Tuesday Mike ran to Target and got Corban a Transformer, but we were still trying to think of some way to make the evening special, but still keep it simple. We decided to take the kids to McDonald's for ice-cream. On our drive home Mike and I talked about how this may become a special little tradition for our family. We could picture doing this for other occasions: Other graduations, getting a driver's licence, passing tests, etc. Corban was so excited to actually get to eat inside McDonald's (we rarely do since when we eat there it's usually because we need something for quick, on-the-run), and I think we spent about $5 total. But the memories will be priceless!
