It feels like we are running a kennel around here. We are watching Katy's brother for the week while his, "parents" are on vacation. He's adorable! And he's a sweetheart, too. Where Katy and Macy are great, smart and obedient (well, Katy is working on it) dogs, and they like being near people, they have never been lap dogs. Katy is a little more of a snuggler than Macy was, but after a few minutes she's fine going off a little bit and laying down. Her brother, Cooper, is a total lap dog. I'm not sure how this is going to work out when he's grown up, but for now it's sweet. And we never have to look far for him; start walking through the house and he'll come running!
He and Katy play like brother and sister, too. It's a little crazy, sometimes a little loud, but it's been great to wear Katy out. When they finally crash they crash hard.
