A Sandy, Sunny Christmas

We took a little break from cold, snowy Ohio and drove down to Florida to spend Christmas with Mike’s family. We had to make it through a snow storm in West Virginia first! And, through prayer and Mike’s careful driving we made it, thankfully. It was hard to wade through all the pictures and narrow them down – we made so many wonderful memories! Here are just a few:
We arrived on Saturday afternoon and went with Mike’s parents, Ron and Flo, and his brother Brendan and his wife Robin (along with their 5 kids) to church Sunday morning. A photographer that attends the church took pictures of any family that wanted them.

It doesn’t snow in Sarasota, so the church made snow. The kids couldn’t believe it could snow inside church!

Camryn, who is a year younger than Jared asked him how he could be older than her since he’s not taller than her. So cute!!

Tenley, Brendan and Robin’s second daughter looks just like Mike and Brendan’s daughter Whitney. It’s uncanny – and so adorable!

Jared eating his fish sticks which he loves and insists they are not made of fish. Ha!

We just took one gift down for each kid. They waited so patiently for me to take a picture before they opened it.
