We only stayed a couple hours at the Sommers gathering on July 4th before we headed over to my aunt and uncle's house. Steve and Trish live right next to a horse barn and Trish works there. While we were there Trish brought the pony over for a visit. Sydney. was. beside. herself! She didn't leave the pony alone the entire time she was there!
The kids all had fun posing for pictured in an old carriage. One of those things you never thought you would say, but find yourself saying to your kids, "Please put the whip down, you almost hit Grandma!" Oh my! Here are Corban and Jared having fun with their cousin, Gabe.
Once again, Sydney is getting some Grandpa Sommers time in. Mike's parents came after a bit to visit and catch up with my family while they were here.
It was so fun having everyone together like that!
