Corban's Valentine's Party

Last Friday Corban's class had it's Valentine's Day party and Mike was kind enough to come home from work to watch Sydney and Jared so I could attend. It is always so fun and entertaining to spend time at school with Corban. It's also nice to get a better idea of what they are doing in school and how things go during class.
Besides exchanging Valentines with each other (which now more often then not seem to contain some form of candy) they kids had all sorts of special treats to much munch on, including these giant heart-shaped cookies - of which Corban ate two!

They also got to play some games, including HEART Bingo where everyone had the same game board. That was equally entertaining for the parents watching the kids get all excited to win as it was for the kids winning and being so surprised the first few rounds when most everyone else won as well!
After game time and craft time Corban's teacher showed us how they "get their wiggles out" by playing a freeze dance game where they dance until the music stops and then they have to hold perfectly still. Corban looked at me and said, "Watch, Mom. I've got moves!"
And he sure did!
